Do I need to be available throughout the 90 days?

You don't need to be hands-on, but you do need to be responsive. I'll need access to your tools and accounts, and there'll be weekly check-ins so you're always in the loop. The whole point is that I do the heavy lifting, but I do need you to be reachable for decisions and approvals.

What if I don't know what needs fixing?

 That's exactly what month one is for. You don't need to arrive with a list, that's my job. The audit will surface everything, and we'll prioritise together.

What tools do you work with?

I specialise in GHL (GoHighLevel / FG Funnels), ClickUp, and Asana, and I'm comfortable across most of the tools online business owners typically use -  including Zapier, Mailerlite, ThriveCart, Stripe, and more. If you're not sure whether your tech stack is covered, just ask.

What happens at the end of the 90 days?

You walk away with everything built, documented, and working - plus video walkthroughs so you know how to manage it. If you'd like ongoing support after that, we can talk about a retainer or ad hoc support.
